Bonsai Metasequoia Forest
A miniature grove of Dawn Redwoods that’s full of ancient magic and peaceful vibes. 🍃🌲Like a tiny enchanted forest on your shelf. These prehistoric trees bring soft, feathery foliage and a calm, meditative presence. Bonus: they’re deciduous—so yes, they’ll drop their leaves in autumn like a real forest.
Plant Care
Light: Loves bright light and some full sun—especially morning or late afternoon rays. Outdoors in spring/summer is ideal. Indoors? Keep near your brightest window.
Watering: Keep the soil evenly moist, especially in the growing season. Never let it fully dry out. In winter, reduce watering slightly but don’t let the roots go bone-dry.
Temperature: Fully hardy outdoors. If kept inside, give it a cool winter rest around 5–10°C to mimic seasonal changes.
Potting: Our A Sandy Loam mix works beautifully—well-draining, stable, and ideal for woody roots. Repot every couple of years in early spring before new growth.
Hot tips: This bonsai drops its leaves in autumn—don’t panic! It’s totally normal. Keep it somewhere it can experience the seasons, and it’ll leaf out again in spring. Light pruning in winter helps maintain shape.
