1970s Murano Paperweight
This paperweight was handcrafted in 1970 using the traditional filigrana technique which orginated in the island of Murano in the 16th century. Colourful glass rods intertwine and wrap around a glass cylinder before being mouth-blown into an organic shape with textured dots, swirls, an agate feature and confetti-like accents.
