Pol Chambost first experimented with ceramics in his family workshop in 1936 – and by the end of the 1930s, he had achieved a mastery of the medium and established his own studio. From the beginning, his work was celebrated for biomorphic and zoomorphic forms, as well as pops of colour. This shell platter hails from the 1950s. Please note, this item is a truly original vintage piece with slight imperfections and distinctive characteristics that add to its charm and celebrate its unique history.
